CON.NEXO operates in Italy, Switzerland’, Malta and the Benelux. In 2010 CON.NEXO will also operate on the UK market (London).

For the Benelux market we seek to employ a Sales Manager, based from our offices in Amsterdam, with experience and knowledge of the ERP market, specifically for Oracle and JD Edwards products and applications, who is able to build our name and market share through active sales.

You know where the opportunities are and you are able to identify the challenges organizations face, determine the options and are able to translate these into specific solutions.

You are well-balanced in your dealings with prospects, clients and colleagues without losing sight of the task at hand. You are self-starting and independent but also know the value of working in and with a team. You strive in an entrepreneurial setting. You are creative and able to look for alternatives when discussing solutions. You value change and are energized by it. You are focused on what can be achieved and you are comfortable using your instincts to understand what things mean and are tolerant of complexity. You take initiative and prefer to work in a quick and immediate way. You can be relied upon to finish a project or task whilst you keep your focus on what can be reasonably achieved.

You are fluent in Dutch and English.
